Sam is the great grandson of Barney Pressman who founded Barneys New York in 1923, which became a high fashion global center in the 1980’s and amplified the careers of many fashion designers in America and Internationally. Sam launched his real estate career in December 2009 selling an apartment at One Beacon Court for $6,500,000. He has been featured in publications including The New York Times.
